They all have the potential for angst, especially if they knew you before you were hot shot Shepard. Save maybe the Spacer, I can’t really think of anything that’d probably be the vanilla!childhood friend. Whereas Colonist Shepard has a butt ton of tradgey and maybe an Earthborn turned Paragon has their childhood friend constantly clashing with them about how much they’ve changed.
Spacer, Colonist and Earthborn all get diffrent circumstances obviously but it would’ve been nice to shack up with someone who knew you before you were Commander Shepard and I would’ve been ok with that so long as he had long hair, muscles and a nice ass a great personality.
